I want to post updates up on here again, but sometimes I just want to voice my inner thoughts without it being heard. Know what I mean. But then again, what's the point of live journal :)

Movie

Ummm ya, the movie Kick-Ass....not for kids!!! (dont worry, i watched it without them)

Soccer mom

I've become the excited soccer mom on the sidelines :)

Random

So at any time if my two young boys are in the van and they are not getting along all i have to do is start singing with whatever song is on the radio and they stop. It's cool. Been working since they were babies.
On another note: hearing my kids sneeze is the cutest sound ever :)

Today :)

So. What i learned today:
1. No good deed goes unoticed....unless its on someone who hates you.
2. I hate not having my kids with me
3. It's really really nice when someone complements you. Especally when you dont know this person :)
4. Wheeling the groceries to the van in a downpour really sucks.

ugh

Yes I have to start to post again. But not with the food and gym stuff. That lost my interest way to fast. I'd love to post about my frusterations with my ex and how he is a ...whoa, better stop there.  So I'm not sure what to post here.  Maybe the 'good deed' I did to someone during the day. Not sure yet.

Week 8 Day 2

Workout:
Cardio on the elliptical for 35minutes...burned 389 calories, and then after work I did cardio on the treadmill  for 35 min burned 180 calories....for a total of 569 calories...yea!!!! new record

Food:
Breakfast:
~1 piece of toast with butter
~Toast with cheese and egg
Snack:
~lg orange
Lunch:
~turkey with cheese and mayo sandwhich, plus two yogurts
Snack:
~apple
Dinner:
~pork and broccli with hot sause.
Other:
~1 cup of water
~all my regular vitamins.
~tall coffee with milk
~med. hot chocolate from tim hortons

Week 8 Day 1

Workout
:
Inclined Chest Press: 95lbs 8x/6x
Declined Chest Press: 105lbs 6x/4x
Chest Press: 95lbs 8x/6x
Pull Up (Hang): hung for 20 / 15 seconds  :)
Bent over Row: 60lbs 12x / 10x
Military Press: 17.5lbs 12x / 10x
Squats (lift weights in front as I go down): 17.5lbs 12x / 12x
Bench Dips: 18x / 18x :) :) 
Leg raise for my butt: 30x/30x
Push ups: 10x/10x
Ab workout: Yes

plus after work I went to the gym for some treadmill work...did the hill program and burned 171 calories :)

Food
:
Breakfast:
~Toast with egg and cheese....I really like this breakfast as you can see :)
Snack:
~large orange
Lunch:
~turkey and cheese with a bit of mayo sandwhich, 2 yogurts
Snack:
~nothing
Dinner:
~Same pizza as yesterday....it's really good!!!
Other:
~5 cups of water
~Grande mocha from starbucks
~all my vitamins
~1 1/2 coffee's

Week 7, Day 7

Workout
Did an hour walk around my community...very nice outside

Food:
Breakfast:
~2 Toast with cheese and egg
Snack:
~nothing
Lunch:
~left over pork and potatoes with dipping sauce
Snack:
~salsa and tortilla chips
Dinner:
~Homemade Pizza: flat bread, with light BBq sauce, 2 green onions, 4 pieces of lean turkey sandwhich meat, 1/4 tomato, cheese....got this out of my ABS Diet book....so yummy
Other:
~4 cups of cranberry juice
~3 coffee's
~all my regular vitamins.
